Soft and appetising meadow hay from Northern Germany – for the fussy eater

This beautiful batch of meadow hay comes from Lower Saxony in Northern Germany, a region characterised by extensive grasslands and agriculture.

It is a fine yet nicely long hay with a soft texture. The hay has a beautiful green colour and a wonderfully fresh smell. This is one of those batches that immediately looks appetising as soon as you open the bale.

Thanks to its fine, soft structure and pleasant aroma, we expect this hay to be particularly well accepted, even by horses that are more selective with their forage. In our opinion, this really is hay for the connoisseur or fussy eater.

The analysis is also nicely balanced. The hay contains 8.1 percent sugar and 8.5 percent protein, giving it a pleasant, moderate level of both.

The hay is pressed into round bales weighing approximately 305 kg.
